3. I understand that I cannot use the "voice” of, or purport to speak on behalf of The Money School™. (I can't say I "work for The Money School™" or that "I am partners with Chris" or that "I talked to Chris and he told me I could do this." -- If you would like to discuss your affiliate relationship you can say "I have formed a strategic partnership with Chris and The Money School™ to help get their message out to the masses" *

4. I understand all marketing has to be TRUTHFUL & COMPLIANT. Anything I communicate in marketing or advertising any The Money School™ service or opportunity must be true and accurate and follow all federal and state laws, rules and regulations of any governmental authorities. Claims that relate to any The Money School™ service or opportunity that are untrue or fraudulent are strictly prohibited and you may not claim that any government, person, or entity endorses or supports The Money School™. *

5. Before you can be paid any Commission or Bonuses, You must provide The Money School™ a completed W-8 or W-9, as instructed by The Money School™. You will be deemed to have permanently waived all rights to Commissions or Bonuses that were earned more than 120 days before submitting a completed W-8 or W-9 to The Money School™ at affiliate@chrisnaugle.com *

6. The Commission amount is 20%* of all fees received by The Money School™ for a Sold MSTV Membership. Commission payments will be made to You on or before forty-five (45) days following The Money School™'s receipt of payment for a Sold MSTV Membership, subject to the other terms set forth herein. *
